I purchased 6 books from Amazon, with 4 of them being discounted and the other 2 at regular price. AGT Courier received the discounted items, while Kolay Gelsin handled the rest. AGT said they were unable to locate us, causing a significant delay. My refund requests with Amazon always seem to hit a roadblock. Books arrived without any discounts, but unfortunately, the sale items that were supposed to be available through AGT never showed up. Seems like a deliberate attempt to mislead. Not interested in shopping here with the Amazon-AGT duo. It is crucial to cancel orders when using AGT to protect your valuable time and financial resources. Poor customer service experience.
