Amazon Turkey Fails to Deliver Replacement for Faulty Philips EP4346/70 Espresso Machine

Hello, Four months ago, I bought the Philips EP4346/70 Fully Automatic Espresso Machine from Amazon Turkey, and it broke. The service team decided to replace it with a new one and sent me a report about the problem, instructing me to return the faulty product to Amazon. I returned the defective item to Amazon on July 19, 2023, but the replacement has yet to arrive. I can only communicate about the problem with an 'authorized' person via Amazon chat. They continue to respond with messages such as "Your product will be inspected by the warehouse." But, since the replacement has already been approved by the service, what is there to inspect? I can't even get in touch with them by phone. I deeply regret purchasing this item from amazon.com.tr.
