Amazon Failed to Deliver My Same Day iPhone Order After Days of Waiting
I have purchased an iPhone from Amazon Turkey that was labelled as same day delivery as I am a Prime member. It has been 4 days and yet on my Amazon account page I only see "Your product may be late." When I call Amazon customer service, they tell me that they have to wait as per their procedure to cancel and resend a new product. I cannot comprehend how a company of Amazon’s global reputation allows such delays to happen without any real solution. I would accept such a solution for an immaterial product, but for a product of this value? It is nonsense. Amazon USA has a much faster procedure; I do not understand how they can apply such a low level of service locally.
