Amazon Repeatedly Cancelled My TCL 65Q6C TV Orders - Marked Me Suspicious

Dear Amazon Representative, I have placed a total of four orders for the TCL 65Q6C television through Amazon.com on October 10, October 20, October 31, and November 7. Despite paying approximately ₺51,000 for each order, the product has never been delivered to me. The first three orders were canceled on the grounds that the item was “damaged” by the courier before delivery. The fourth order was canceled before it even left the Amazon warehouse. As shown in the screenshots I shared, the cancellations were also attributed to the fact that your system categorized me as a “suspicious customer.” During this process, I contacted Amazon Customer Service more than 20 times. Each time, I was told that “the process is ongoing,” that I should wait, and that the product would surely be delivered. However, once the promised dates passed, my orders were canceled without any notification, and I only learned of the cancellations after calling Amazon myself. As a result of this entire experience: The product has never been delivered, I repeatedly had to pay and then wait for refunds, I received no apology, explanation, or proactive communication, I was continually encouraged by your staff to “place a new order,” causing this cycle to repeat for approximately six weeks. This situation has caused significant loss of time, customer dissatisfaction, and material and emotional inconvenience. My trust as a customer has been seriously undermined. My Requests To have the product delivered to me intact, functional, and without further excuses, To receive appropriate compensation for the inconvenience experienced (such as a goodwill credit, discount, or free expedited shipping), To be given a clear and official explanation as to why my account was flagged as “suspicious,” To have my account properly corrected so that this issue does not recur. It is unacceptable that despite my efforts for more than a month, no concrete solution has been provided. I kindly request that this matter be resolved urgently.
