Amazon Prime Overcharged Many Times

I have had an Amazon Prime membership for years. I also have a credit card registered through this account. When I checked the card transactions, Prime membership fees were charged many times without my knowledge, both in TL and pounds/sterling. It is not possible to reach Amazon Prime customer service. There are complaints for issues other than this. There is neither a phone number nor a person to deal with. I am waiting for an explanation and a refund. I'm attaching only one photo of many similar transactions.
