Amazon Didn’t Ship My Items for 2 Months and Then Cancelled My Order
I bought two items from Amazon.com.tr at a great price, well below the average market rate. Unfortunately, the items were not shipped for a period of two months. I reached out to Amazon, and they let me know that the items were sent in two separate packages. Soon after, I got a notification informing me that there was a problem, and the packages were sent back. Afterwards, my money was returned to me.
Wouldn't it have been more favourable if they hadn't shipped them at all? Claiming that the items were shipped, only to encounter problems and have to return them, appears to be even more unfavourable.
