Amazon Blood Pressure Monitor Return Refund Still Missing
On 8 June, I purchased a blood pressure monitor via Amazon Turkey from Istanbul. I realised that the product was the wrong one and initiated a return within minutes, before the shipping process even started. Despite this, the refund of the product price has still not been deposited into my account. I have not received any SMS or other notification regarding this order, and I cannot see any record related to the return process in my account; the return status does not appear anywhere. I only have a screenshot as proof of the return process. During this period, I was able to reach Amazon customer service 2–3 times, which was already quite difficult, and each time I was only told that “it will be handled” without any concrete solution or clear information. I request that the fee for this blood pressure monitor, which I returned immediately after realising it was the wrong product, be promptly and fully refunded to my credit card without any deductions, and that the return and refund process be clearly reflected in my account records and notifications.
