Expert Option Cash Deposit Not Credited After Transfer
I am using Vodafone Cash in Giza, Egypt, and on 22/06/2026 at about 7:55 p.m. I made a deposit to my ExpertOption account. The ExpertOption application requested that I transfer 530 EGP to the Vodafone Cash wallet number 01278548***, which it displayed to me in the app. When I made the transfer, 527 EGP was sent instead of 530 EGP because network fees were deducted during the transfer, so the amount that actually arrived did not match the amount requested in the ExpertOption application. I have an official transfer receipt and can provide it to confirm the transaction and my balance manually. I submitted a complaint through the ExpertOption application, but so far I have not received any response. I am currently stuck, as the requested deposit amount does not appear correctly, and I cannot complete my transaction as required. I kindly request that this issue be resolved either by adjusting the balance so that the full amount of 530 EGP appears in my ExpertOption account as required by the application, or by refunding the 527 EGP back to my Vodafone Cash wallet, without charging me any additional fees.
