I was so happy to get this product, which I bought on Amazon TR. I paid the full amount, and then they stopped my order without giving me any notice or warning. Even though it's been 4 and a half days, I still haven't gotten my money back. The worst part is that when I tried to talk to customer service, they only spoke English. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the English language, but it's not my first language, and it was hard for them to understand what I was trying to say. This is the first thing I've ever bought from Amazon, and I've got to say, I'm starting to feel bad about it. I'm not trying to cause trouble or anything, I just want my money back. Isn't it not too much to ask? I mean, I paid for a product I never got, and now I'm having trouble getting my money back.
