I'm having problems with Allianz Insurance not providing the gift services that were promised in my policy. Despite numerous calls to their customer service, they have yet to provide a solution. My insurance agent has also contacted them several times, but we have yet to get an answer. I'm getting close to where I want to cancel my policy entirely. I'm annoyed because I paid for these gift services but have yet to receive them. All I ask is that Allianz Insurance provides the gift services to which I am entitled. I'd even pay for them if they weren't given away for free. It's very disappointing that a company like Allianz can't keep their promises. I'm considering canceling my policy because I'm fed up with their poor customer service and lack of action. It is critical to me that I receive what I paid for, and if Allianz fails to do so, I will take my business elsewhere.
