Received My Opened Package After 2-Month Delay with No Support from Aliexpress

After waiting over two months, I finally received my order from Aliexpress, only to find it had been held up in customs and arrived with the package already opened. Throughout this time, I received little to no support. Aliexpress claimed the customs delay was a “local issue” and not their responsibility. I was left to communicate with customs on my own, going back and forth without any real help from Aliexpress. Only when I requested a refund and filed complaints did my package arrive—though in an unacceptable condition.

As a customer, I feel extremely disappointed with this experience. Sellers should ensure the package reaches the buyer securely, without shifting the burden of customs to the customer. Due to this poor service and lack of accountability, I have decided I will not order from Aliexpress again and will delete the app.
