Aliexpress Refuses to Refund for a Phone Order That's Never Been Delivered
I ordered a phone from AliExpress 5 months ago, but it was blocked at customs as it was prohibited to enter Turkey. The phone stayed in customs for 4 months, and they didn't send it back. I've been dealing with this issue since I placed my order, and 10 days ago they refunded a portion of my payment, but they didn't refund the tax portion. Currently, they're telling me to return the product, but how can I return something that I never received? I've been trying to explain this to them, but they're not understanding my issue. It's a complete scam!
