Aliexpress Withdrew Money and Closed the Order

today I tried to buy something on Aliexpress. It was December 22, 2023. But guess what? I ran into a problem with my account security when I was trying to pay for the item - the order didn't get confirmed, and they went ahead and marked it as closed. But guess what? They still deducted the money from my card.  out of nowhere, you encounter a frustrating account security error. It totally threw me off guard and put a damper on my plans. it closed it off, and on top of that, it took the money from my card. asked for help, expecting it to be easy and fast, but it's turning out to be as difficult as solving a Rubik's Cube with my eyes closed....
