I Paid ₺426 for a Toy Train on AliExpress but My Order Disappeared and No Refund Given
I am extremely frustrated with AliExpress. On April 12, 2025, I placed an order for a toy train, with the transaction listed as 1421CO/AliExpress, totaling ₺426.44. The payment was successfully deducted from my card, but my order completely vanished from my account — it shows as deleted, and I have no idea why.
I never received any email, notification, or explanation from AliExpress about the status of my order. Even worse, no refund has been issued. It’s completely unacceptable that they take my money without providing the product or any communication. To top it off, they continue bombarding me with irrelevant ads, which only adds to my anger.
Is AliExpress really so desperate for money that they would risk their reputation over ₺426? This platform clearly isn't as secure or trustworthy as it claims to be. I demand an immediate refund and a proper explanation.
