I ordered a plush toy called Stitch, my sleep companion, from AliExpress. The product was shipped internationally and arrived in Türkiye within a few days, but it was rejected at Turkish customs because it was classified as a toy. If toys cannot pass through customs, sellers should not list them as deliverable to Türkiye, yet the sale was made in a way that gave the impression that the item would be delivered without any issues. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience.
Today, I saw on the AliExpress app that my order had been canceled, and the $17 I paid has not been refunded to me. I cannot receive the product, and I have also lost the money I paid.
For this reason, I request either a full refund of the $17 I paid or that the same product be resent without any additional charges and without encountering customs issues. I expect this problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
