I purchased a smartwatch from AliExpress eight months ago. After using it for about a month, the screen malfunctioned. The watch still works, but without a visible screen, it's useless. I decided to order a new smartwatch, which arrived recently. However, the new watch came with no screen at all—it's defective from the start. I had already faced issues with the first watch, and now the replacement is also faulty. I'm frustrated and seek guidance on how to resolve this issue.
