Aliexpress Did Not Provide Support for the Faulty Khons Charger After 7 Months

I bought a Khons charger for my electric vehicle on Aliexpress, and it promised 2 years of technical support and warranty. Unfortunately, after only 7 months of use, the charger has malfunctioned and has been out of service for more than a month now. I have reached out to the seller several times, using both phone and email, but I have yet to receive any response. The absence of communication has resulted in no resolution for me, leaving me unable to use my charger. I relied on the warranty when I bought the product, and I am now asking for the faulty Khons charger to be repaired or replaced according to the warranty terms. I trust that this matter will be handled swiftly and with expertise.
