Aliexpress Sent My Android Car Screens to the Wrong Address

I ordered two Android car screens from Aliexpress, but when I tracked the shipment through PTT, I discovered they had been delivered to a different city and under a different name. I opened a dispute, but their response was absurd—they want me to return the items I never received to process a refund. How am I supposed to return products that were never delivered to me?

I’ve shopped with Aliexpress multiple times without issues, but this experience has made me question their reliability. It’s frustrating to be left without a solution for their mistake. I expect Aliexpress to resolve this immediately, refund my money, and improve their shipping and customer service processes to prevent such problems in the future.
