Aliexpress Order Not Delivered But Mark As Delivered

Hello, I'm writing to you today because I have no other solution and don't know how to proceed. Thanks for your kind help. So far, all my orders with AliExpress have arrived safely and in accordance with the order... except for these 2 orders: 2 USB flash drives ... placed on June 9, 2023. I never received these items [proof: see delivery ... they never left China nor arrived in Japan] and when I wrote to the seller [xxxx times] I only got an automatic reply in Spanish and Chinese. However, I was debited on my BNP-Paribas account. What's more, I see that these items are supposedly delivered, which is FALSE. I'd like to cancel these orders and get my money back, but I don't know what to do. I'm not a young I.T. wizard ... I was born too early, unfortunately. Can you please help me? It's not a question of money [the sum is modest] but of principle and also to save future potential buyers from this dishonest seller. In advance, thanks to the AliExpress team. Best regards.
