AliExpress Seller Sent Fake Item and Harassed Me to Change Review, No Real Support

AliExpress has been the worst experience I’ve had as a customer. I ordered a product that was supposed to shine, but what I received was clearly a fake item with no sparkle at all—nothing like the photos. On top of that, the seller started harassing me via WhatsApp, pressuring me to change my review and offering me a ₺0 refund in return.
AliExpress customer service is nonexistent. There’s no support, no one to talk to, and they just let sellers get away with this behavior. I now have a worthless product that isn’t even worth ₺100, and no way to return it or report the harassment effectively.
I demand that AliExpress step in, ban this seller, and offer me a full refund. No one should be threatened into changing reviews, especially after receiving counterfeit goods. If AliExpress can’t protect its customers, it doesn’t deserve their trust.
