I accidentally ordered the wrong DC85-250V USB 5V Yeni Ewelink EWB4CH-D1 Wi-Fi Switch on AliExpress. As soon as I realized my mistake, I wanted to use my right to withdraw and return the product. However, AliExpress refused to accept the return or issue a refund, which is extremely frustrating. According to our country’s Consumer Rights Law, I should be able to return any product without providing a reason, but they ignored this. I’ve returned other items from international sellers with no issue, but AliExpress doesn’t seem to care about their return policy unless it's convenient for them. They also add extra charges for global taxes and shipping, making the process even more costly. I’ve now canceled my subscription with AliExpress due to this terrible experience.
