AliExpress Order Error: Multiple Charges and No Order Placement - Seeking Refund

recently encountered a frustrating issue while trying to place an order on AliExpress. As I was buying it, the system was "Can't process your order!"  The order didn't go through and my payment got charged twice in a row! The thing that's really bugging me is that there's no way to just talk to AliExpress about this issue. It really sucks to deal with a messed up app and not have any good way to talk to someone about it I mean isn't this weird? There has to be a way.. can you help me fix this ASAP? do something to speed up the process, this platform may be my last chance, I need to get this sorted out.
