AliExpress Delivery to Riyadh Keeps Getting Delayed with No Resolution
I’m reaching out from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, regarding a persistent issue with AliExpress delivery. My order has been delayed repeatedly, and the experience has become incredibly frustrating.
Every day, a different courier contacts me, promising the package will arrive “tomorrow.” The next day, another person calls, again saying “tomorrow.” This cycle has gone on for days, with no actual delivery, no explanation, and no accountability from the courier service or AliExpress.
I’ve tried to escalate the issue, but I haven’t been provided with a direct phone number or any clear support contact to file an official complaint. This is completely unacceptable for an international e-commerce platform.
If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will escalate it to higher authorities and pursue every possible channel to report this lack of service and transparency.
