I made a purchase from Alibaba and paid $460. Unfortunately, I did not receive any information about customs during the transaction. Afterward, I received the unfortunate news that the product was held up in customs, leaving me unable to receive a refund or retrieve my phone. I've been waiting since April 18th, 2024. Here is your order number: 207244570501020890. Could someone please lend us a hand? We're survivors of an earthquake, and I purchased it to bring joy to my child. We're unable to retrieve our money or our phone.
