My order #220233447001027553 was never delivered, and I requested a refund months ago. Since then, I have received no updates on the product or any progress on the refund. It feels like Alibaba has completely ignored my issue, leaving me without the product or my money. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I regret ever using Alibaba. I will never use this platform again. Alibaba, I need an immediate response and resolution to either receive my refund or get information about my order status.
