I came across the CAT428F2 product on Alibaba.com and initiated communication with the seller via WhatsApp. After some back-and-forth, I decided to make a purchase and sent a substantial amount of €13,100, anticipating the delivery of the equipment. However, to my dismay, the promised material is yet to be delivered, leaving me in a state of frustration and financial loss. Upon realizing the lack of progress and growing concerned about the legitimacy of the transaction, I requested a refund from the sellers. Unfortunately, my plea for a refund was met with refusal, and they stubbornly declined any further communication. Desperate and feeling cheated, I am seeking urgent assistance to resolve this matter.
