Delayed Refund from Alibaba.com for Incorrect Order – Urgent Resolution Needed

I ordered a piston ring cylinder (Order No. 225840194501021646) on Alibaba.com, but after consulting with the supplier, I was advised to cancel as it wasn’t the correct item. Although the product hadn’t been shipped, Alibaba.com confirmed the refund on the same day, stating it would be processed within 7 business days. However, the refund of 137.79 USD has not yet appeared in my account.

After reaching out to Alibaba customer service, they insisted that the refund was completed and advised me to contact my bank. My bank, however, confirmed that no refund was received. I’m requesting Alibaba.com to complete the refund promptly to maintain customer trust.
