Alibaba Sellers' Tactics Need Attention Of Website Owners

I used to hear a lot about people getting frustrated buying stuff on Alibaba, which I was lucky to experience lately, things go great before you pay, sellers are super helpful and everything seems smooth but then, once you pay, it's like a whole new story. Some people get what they ordered, but others wait forever, get something totally different, or even a fake! What I noticed is that sellers use fancy pictures of real stuff to sell you a cheap knock-off. Super misleading, and it makes it hard to trust anyone on the site. Even if people report these sellers, it seems like Alibaba doesn't do much to stop them, for me this lack of control and protection for buyers is making people feel frustrated and ripped off. they cheat us! This is how I feel. They should crack down on these shady sellers and make sure everything is on the up-and-up. Also, some more transparency about what's going on wouldn't hurt.
