Alibaba Not Refunding $439—Blaming Bank and Google Pay

-I ordered a product from Alibaba, but when it arrived, it looked completely different from the images. I requested a refund, and Alibaba initially claimed that the money had been refunded. However, when I checked with my bank, they confirmed that no refund was received.
I provided bank statements to Alibaba as proof, but then they shifted the blame to Google Pay, saying the issue was on their end. However, Google Pay does not even operate in Turkey, making it impossible for me to resolve this issue. Now, after 14 days, I am still waiting for my $439 refund, and Alibaba keeps delaying with excuses.
Alibaba, take responsibility and process my refund immediately! A platform of this size should be trustworthy, not unreliable!
