Vodafone 4.5G Slow Internet Speed

Despite having Vodafone's unlimited package, I'm having problems with speed in all districts of Gaziantep. I can't even listen to music on YouTube because I'm only getting 100 kilobits per second, far from the promised 1 megabit. The network coverage is excellent with 4.5G, but the internet speed is excruciatingly slow, driving me insane. Despite reaching out to customer service, no solution has been found. Many people have complained about this issue, and I would like to kindly request that Vodafone check their network infrastructure and improve performance. Due to heavy usage, all internet lines appear to have collapsed. Despite paying the fees, we are not receiving any service. If we do not receive adequate service, I demand that the package be cancelled without penalty. It is past time for Vodafone to address these connectivity and speed issues and provide the service we have come to expect.
