Alfa Romeo Stelvio Battery Problem Was Not Competently Solved


I own an Alfa Romeo Stelvio, and about one month ago I experienced a breakdown related to the electronic control system. Since then, my vehicle has been kept at Master Alfa Romeo in Maslak, Istanbul, and I have been waiting for the spare part to arrive and the repair to be completed. Throughout this period, the communication process has been extremely unsatisfactory. Most of the time there has been complete silence, and I have had to wait long periods without any proactive information. In my last call two days ago, I was informed that the spare part had been delivered, but the repair house itself did not seem to have clear information about this, which caused even more confusion and concern. My primary expectation from Alfa Romeo and the authorized service is transparent, consistent communication about the status of my vehicle and the spare part, as well as a clear and prompt repair process. I want to be regularly and accurately informed about what stage the repair is at and when I can have my car back, and I request that my vehicle be repaired without any further delay.
