Huawei Watch Fit 2 Dead But Warranty Denied
I purchased a Huawei Watch 2 Fit as a present for my partner from a Vodafone store. After 20 days of using the watch, it suddenly stopped working. We thought the battery died, so we attempted to charge it, but it's not charging, and the device won't power up. We headed to the store to express our dissatisfaction. They promised to send it to the service center, and they followed through. So, on the 18th day, the service center said there were scratches on the device and they blamed it on user error. This is totally false. We gave the watch in excellent shape. They said it would cost ₺7,900 to repair a ₺4,000 device. This service is just not okay. I'm going to file complaints all over the place. It's really disappointing how they care more about making money than keeping customers happy.
