Alamo Car Rental via Booking.com Hasn't Released My Deposit After 1 Week

I'm frustrated after renting a car from Alamo through Booking.com. Even though it's been over a week since I returned the vehicle in perfect condition, Alamo still hasn’t removed the hold placed on my deposit (₺) on my credit card! I’ve fulfilled all obligations, and there's no reason this deposit should still be blocked. I've checked repeatedly, and the hold remains. Neither Booking.com nor Alamo has provided any useful response, explanation, or timeline for when my money will be available again. How can they justify holding my funds unnecessarily? This lack of communication and delayed action is unacceptable. Alamo needs to immediately release the hold on my deposit. Return my money now—I shouldn’t have to wait any longer!
