Alamo Car Rental via Booking.com Took My Deposit—No Refund After 15 Days

I rented a car online from Alamo through Booking.com and paid the deposit immediately. However, when I arrived at the airport to pick up the vehicle, Alamo refused to accept my credit card, and I couldn't take the car. Even though I never received the rental, Alamo still hasn’t refunded my deposit (₺) after 15 days! I've contacted Booking.com, but they say only Alamo can process the refund. Yet nobody from Alamo is responding or taking responsibility. I'm extremely frustrated with this complete lack of customer service and accountability. It's unacceptable to hold my money without providing a service. Alamo, refund my money immediately—I demand prompt action to resolve this situation now. Stop ignoring customers and handle this issue properly!
