I Rented a Car from Alamo via Booking.com—Reservation Not Confirmed

I booked a rental car with Alamo through Booking.com, and even though the scheduled pickup time has already passed, the reservation still says "awaiting confirmation." They've taken my payment (₺) immediately, yet I'm unable to cancel or get a refund! We're literally stuck waiting around, receiving no actual service despite having paid upfront. It's been hours now, and the complete lack of response from both Booking.com and Alamo is outrageous and deeply frustrating. Why would you charge customers for a service you're not providing? Alamo and Booking.com need to address this immediately—either confirm my reservation instantly or refund my money without delay. This negligence and total disregard for customers must stop. Resolve my issue right now!
