On June 25, 2025, between 22:48 and 22:50, I attempted to deposit cash at Akbank ATM number 000094**, but the machine swallowed my money. I called the bank, and they said it would be resolved within four business days. I even provided all the necessary details during my initial call, including the exact time and ATM location. It's been a week now, and they’re still saying the case is under review. I’ve been checking daily for updates, but nothing has changed. I need that money to make a payment—please find a solution urgently.
