ATM Stuck Transaction Not Resolved Despite Passing Deadline
On August 30, 2025, approximately ₺20,000 of my money got stuck in an Akbank ATM located in Antalya/Kepez while I was making a transaction with my Akbank card, and an automatic request was created through the ATM with the number 8024977094. The bank sent me an SMS stating that the issue would be resolved within four business days, but even after six days, no result has been provided and the money has not been deposited into my account. Because of this, I am unable to make my loan payments at the bank and I am experiencing serious difficulties. I am also worried about my credit score being negatively affected. I request that my money be deposited into my account immediately as of today, and I urge the relevant departments to provide an urgent solution and resolve my grievance.
