Akbank System Error 373 Won't Let Me Sell My Funds Despite Following Guidelines

I can't sell my funds with Akbank because I keep getting the same error code 373. Whenever I attempt to sell during work hours, I keep getting a message that says the transaction time has passed, even though I'm definitely within the allowed time. This ongoing system problem is really complicating things more than it should be. Buying funds is easy, but selling them has turned into a real hassle. Akbank's system needs to be just as dependable for selling as it is for buying. I’m urging Akbank to pay attention to this problem and sort out the system so customers like me can get to our money without these ongoing issues. This situation seems quite unfair, and I was hoping for better service.
