My USDT Sale Was Blocked Without Notice by Akbank

On April 28, 2025, I sold 583.01 USDT via OKX P2P and received ₺23,000 to my account via FAST transfer. However, when I went to the Akbank branch, I was told, “We’ve placed a block on your account by order of the Muş Governor’s Office, and we cannot process any transactions.” There is no illegitimacy in the transaction source or my account. All my income and transaction receipts are fully documented. Due to this issue, I’ve been unable to withdraw money, make transfers, or use my card for POS transactions. I can no longer cover my daily cash needs. I have not received any official notification from the Muş Governor’s Office or any relevant authority. What I expect: Akbank should lift the block immediately, provide an explanation of the legal basis for this decision, and share the referenced “Muş Governor’s Office order” with me. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved urgently.
