Akbank Made My IBAN Inactive - I Cannot Transfer or Deposit Money to My Account
I cannot transfer money to my Akbank account from other bank accounts because my IBAN is not active, preventing me from making EFT transactions. I also tried to deposit money via the ATM, but it still gives an error. I even visited the nearest branch to resolve the issue, but they couldn't provide a clear explanation. Until December 31, 2024, I was a salary customer, and despite no changes in my transactions, my IBAN was made inactive without a valid explanation. I receive my unemployment benefits through Akbank, and there are payment instructions set up on the account. This situation is causing me financial difficulties, as I cannot access my funds or make necessary payments. I am requesting your support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
The brand has not even responded to our complaint, my problem continues. I request that the issue be resolved as soon as possible.
