Akbank Still Blocking My Accounts Despite Enforcement File Being Closed

My Akbank accounts are still blocked due to a previous enforcement file, even though I fully paid my debt and the file has been shown as closed on UYAP and through all official channels for about a month. Other banks where I had the same enforcement promptly lifted their blocks after closure, but Akbank continues to keep my accounts blocked. Because of this ongoing block at Akbank, I cannot use a card and I am unable to obtain a new card from the bank. When I contact Akbank, the branch staff tell me to call the head office, the head office redirects me to the call center, and the call center says they have no authority and then ends the call, so I cannot reach anyone who takes responsibility or provides a clear solution. I request that Akbank immediately lift the block on my accounts arising from the enforcement file that has been officially closed, and that the necessary procedures be completed so that I can obtain and use a bank card without any further delay.
