Ajet Unreasonably Refused My Flight Change Request
Today (21 August 2025), I contacted Ajet customer service regarding my flight. I wanted to change my Istanbul – Dalaman flight on 2 September 2025 at 00:30 to the flight on 31 August 2025 at 17:50. Despite the fact that there are still 10 days left, my request was rejected with the explanation that “nothing can be done.” Even though the new ticket I want to purchase is more expensive than my current ticket, I was told that such a simple change could not be made. This situation causes passenger grievances and seriously damages customer satisfaction. I kindly request Ajet to urgently resolve this issue and provide flexibility for flight changes so that passengers are not victimized.
