AJet Didn’t Let Me Check In Due to System Error and Denied Me Boarding

I tried to complete my AJet check-in around 6 hours before my flight, but the system gave me an error and wouldn’t let me proceed. When I arrived at the airport 35 minutes before departure, the staff refused to accept my luggage and told me it was too late to check in—even though it was their system that failed in the first place.
As a result, I was denied boarding and missed my flight, despite making every effort to be on time. This situation was completely out of my control and caused unnecessary stress and financial loss.
AJet, I’m asking you to take responsibility for your technical failure and compensate me for this issue. I followed the process—you failed to deliver.
