On August 9, 2025, I flew from Lyon Airport to Antalya Airport with a layover at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen. My checked luggage with PNR code 2Z4J7H was not delivered upon arrival in Antalya. The missing suitcase contained valuable items including kitchen equipment purchased in France, three chef jackets, hats bought in Europe, personal clothing, and one kilogram of hard cheese from three different countries. Immediately at the airport, I filed a lost baggage report with reference number AYTVF18237.
It has now been over a week, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I keep receiving the same generic response: “the process is ongoing.” No concrete update, timeline, or resolution has been provided. I was also told I would receive an email to clarify the declared value of my belongings, but that communication has not arrived either.
The lack of accountability and clear communication from the airline has caused both financial and emotional stress. My primary demand is that my luggage be located and delivered to me immediately. If this is not possible, I expect full compensation for the monetary and personal losses I have suffered. Ajet must handle this matter urgently and prevent similar situations for other passengers.
