Ajet Lost My Baggage - Request for Immediate Delivery
Dear Sir/Madam, On July 25, 2025, I traveled from Konya to Moscow Vnukovo Airport via Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to attend my client’s wedding. Upon arrival in Moscow for this two-day trip, I realized that my baggage was missing. I filed a lost baggage report under reference number VKOVF10459. A Jet continues to state that my baggage is still under investigation and being searched for. However, my client personally went to Vnukovo Airport, found my luggage by their own efforts, and shared a photo of it with me. We then provided my contact information to the airport staff and clearly stated that the luggage should be sent to Konya. Despite this, you have not contacted the airport at all, and I have been suffering this ongoing inconvenience for days now. What could have been resolved with simple coordination has turned into a prolonged ordeal due to your lack of responsibility and attention. My luggage contained my personal belongings, gifts for my client, personal care products, and shoes. Because of your failure, my client had to buy me all new clothes, shoes, and toiletries. This entire situation is a direct result of A Jet’s negligence and communication failure. No one should have to bear the cost of your mistakes. I am tired of hearing “we can’t assist with this issue” every time I call. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and that my luggage be sent to Konya without any further delay.
