On August 16 at 11:40 AM, I was scheduled to fly from Zurich Airport to Sabiha Gökçen Airport on Ajet flight VF54. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes because of an issue with incorrect baggage loading. This kind of mistake should not happen on an international flight where passengers expect professional handling of luggage and timely operations.
During the delay, I spoke with the cabin crew, but instead of offering a solution or even a proper explanation, they stated that the issue was not their responsibility. No clear communication or assistance was provided to passengers waiting without updates, which only added to the frustration.
Considering that this delay directly resulted from Ajet’s operational failure, I find it unacceptable that no accountability was taken. Customers choose airlines expecting reliability, not careless baggage handling that disrupts their travel plans.
I strongly urge Ajet to improve its operational standards and ensure that future flights are handled with better coordination. The airline must also take responsibility for such service failures and provide assurance that similar delays caused by baggage mishandling will not happen again.
I request an official response and expect Ajet to address this complaint promptly.
