I Face AJet Seat Selection Issue and No Refund After Payment

On March 12 (Çanakkale–Rize) and March 20 (Rize–Çanakkale), I paid a total of $37 for seat selection through AJet. However, on both flights, I was assigned different seats instead of the ones I had purchased.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted AJet customer service. I was told that I needed to fill out a refund request form for the seat fees. I followed the instructions and completed the forms fully, but despite the time that has passed, no refund has been issued, and I have not received any clear response regarding the process.
Since I was unable to use the seats I paid for, I request a full refund of the $37 I paid for seat selection on both flights. I also ask that this issue be reviewed to prevent passengers from experiencing similar problems in the future.
Additionally, I feel that the customer service process is unnecessarily difficult, making it hard for customers to receive refunds they are entitled to. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this airline.
