Ajet Charged Me for Front Row Seats but Gave Me Middle Row Instead

We purchased 3 tickets from Rize with PNR number 33ZCMA. After purchasing the tickets, we paid an additional fee during online check-in to select front row seats (8A-B-C). However, upon boarding the aircraft, we realized that the seats were in the middle rows instead of the expected front row. Following the flight, we requested a refund via email for the extra amount paid. Unfortunately, we received a disappointing and unreasonable response stating that since the flight was completed, a refund could not be issued. We expect AJet to reconsider this matter and correct this mistake by refunding the amount charged for the misrepresented seat selection.
