Ajet's Unjustified Fee Claim

On 03/04/2026 at around 11:00, at the Ajet counter in Sabiha Gökçen Airport, I experienced a very upsetting situation regarding my disabled daughter. When I bought the ticket, I had already stated that I would be flying with my daughter and, since she is disabled, I requested a wheelchair service for her in advance. On the day of the flight, although I had my daughter’s official disability report in my hand, the counter staff insisted that I must obtain an additional “fit to fly / no obstacle to flight” medical report. I was told that I had to get this report from the clinic at the airport, that it was mandatory, and as a result I was forced to pay ₺4,500 for this report. I have all related documents, the report and the payment receipt as proof. I believe that demanding an extra paid report despite a valid disability report is both unfair and financially burdensome. I request the full refund of the ₺4,500 I was made to pay for this additional medical report and an explanation of why such a practice was imposed on us despite our existing documentation.
