Ajet Airlines Refused to Let Me Board My Flight

I had a flight with Ajet Airlines today at 17:10 from Ankara to Hatay. I hadn’t done online check-in. With 45 minutes left until the flight, I went straight to the counter without waiting in line and explained that I hadn’t joined the queue. I asked how much longer they would accept passengers since I needed to check in my luggage. The staff said there were 20 minutes left and that I could join the line. After 13 minutes, when it was my turn, they said boarding was closed and I couldn’t be let in. They also didn’t allow me to change the ticket date. This is unacceptable. I paid ₺4200 for two tickets, yet received zero service. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and I will pursue legal action on Monday.
